Un hombre ha afirmado que robó un banco para impresionar a la cantante estadounidense Taylor Swift.
Un informe policial, obtenido por TMZ, indica cómo Bruce Rowley fue arrestado la semana pasada en Ansonia, Connecticut, después de confesar haber cometido un robo en un banco y luego tirar parte del dinero sobre la valla de la casa de Swift en Rhode Island.
Según la policía, Rowley entró a un banco y le exigió dinero a un cajero. El informe dice que no mostró un arma y no hizo ninguna amenaza. La cantidad de dinero entregada a Rowley no se conoce.
Rowley fue descubierto por policías estatales en Rhode Island, con una persecución en el vecino estado de Connecticut.
El hombre afirmó haber estado tratando de contactar a Swift pero descubrió que ella no estaba en casa. Le dijo a la policía que estaba enamorado de Swift y que planeaba donar algo del dinero que robó a la policía, como una manera de impresionar a la cantante.
El delito de Rowley ha sido caratulado como robo en segundo grado y hurto en cuarto grado, y está en libertad bajo fianza.
