Pink Floyd le propone a sus seguidores sumergirse en la etapa post Roger Waters del grupo a través de un box set con los álbumes de esa época remasterizados, más una gran cantidad de material que nunca fue publicado.

Pink Floyd: The Later Years incluye cinco CDs, seis Blu-Rays y cinco DVDs, que aparte de los discos remezclados, trae audios inéditos, películas de shows e imágenes desconocidas.

Este set es una continuación de Pink Floyd: The Early Years de 1965-1972, que se centra en toda la obra anterior a The Dark Side Of The Moon.

La nueva mezcla de A Momentary Lapse of Reason (1987) es la placa que abre el set.

David Gilmour y el ingeniero Andy Jackson estuvieron trabajando en la masterización, a la que agregaron nuevas pistas de baterías de Nick Mason.

Otro de los discos que sufrió modificaciones notorias es el en vivo Delicate Sound of Thunder (1988), al que le sumaron nuevas capas de sonido.

Respecto al material inédito, hay una presentación en un escenario flotante en Venecia, frente a la Plaza San Marcos, y un show en Premios Silver Clef en Knebworth, Inglaterra, en donde también actuaron estrellas de la talla de Paul McCartney, Dire Straits, Phil Collins y Eric Clapton.

La caja también incluye la última presentación de Pink Floyd con Gilmour, Mason y Richard Wright en la formación, en concierto homenaje a Syd Barret, el 10 de mayo del 2007.

Aparte de documentales y pistas adicionales, Pink Floyd: The Later Years trae obras de artes de giras, carteles, laminados y un libro de 60 páginas con imágenes que nunca fueron publicadas.

La cita será el viernes 22 de noviembre en el BA Arena, un espacio cubierto dedicado al entretenimiento de última generación que ofrece la ciudad de Buenos Aires y que, en breve, abrirá sus puertas para la realización de grandes eventos en vivo.

Jimena Barón está imparable con su carrera como cantante. En las últimas horas presentó su nuevo video “Dos corazones” que ya pinta para hit. El tema forma parte de su segundo disco, La cobra, que está en los primeros puestos de las listas.
El mensaje de la canción tiene que ver con el final de una relación amorosa. La protagonista siente que ya sufrió mucho por amor y que prefiere seguir sola ante la posibilidad de una reconciliación. “Ya tu me cansaste con tu bla bla bla. Ya contigo yo no quiero na na na. A todas quieres engañar, con tu fama de galán. La única que te soporta es tu mamá”, canta con fuerza.
Jimena publicó un fragmento del clip en su cuenta de Instagram y dejó un mensaje de aliento para su equipo de trabajo y sus seguidores: “Este tema que amo merecía video y tuve la suerte de poder hacerlo! Estoy muy feliz y muy emocionada de poder producir tantos videos siendo una artista independiente, el esfuerzo y la apuesta son enormes, pero valen mucho la pena! Estoy rodeada de talentosos que se suben, sin dudarlo, al tren de mis ideas y me acompañan, chin chin por eso, soy una afortunada! Gracias a ustedes por estar del otro lado haciendo el aguante. Aguante ustedes loco”.
“Dos corazones” se suma a los anteriores cortes “Se acabó”, “Quién empezó” y “La cobra”. La cantante y actriz -que ahora se hace llamar J mena, presentó la semana pasada su segundo disco en el Teatro de Colegiales, con una impactante puesta en escena. En “Quién empezó”, tuvo como invitada a Cazzu, la jefa del trap local, lo que hizo delirar al público. Además, a fin de año, la esperan dos recitales en la calle Corrientes: serán el 12 y 13 de diciembre en el teatro Ópera.
